Insurance Participation

Dear Patients:

Welcome to Associates in Internal Medicine, P.C. In order to expedite the appointment scheduling process, we ask that all HMO, EPO or P0S patients please contact their insurance carrier and select their PCP before calling our office. We do confirm insurance coverage prior to scheduling an appointment with our group’s physicians. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule an appointment if we are not registered as the patients PCP and we cannot take payment from patients that are covered by an insurance carrier we are contracted with.
